Heres another great addition to an already thriving service, Adwords. It is nice to see companies make services like Adwords even better and the great thing about this is that its so darn easy to use. Although thats not suprising as Google as always been one of the few companies that can say they actually release user-friendly products.
The core of this tool is the concept of A-B Testing. This tool is really aimed around using Adwords and setting up ‘landing pages’ so that you can increase the chance of keeping the user on your site and turning that into a sale. Once you have your landing page you can then start to use the website optimiser to test which combinations of content on your page will give you the best Return on Investment (RoI).
There are a few simple steps to setting this up:
- Choose the landing page you want to optimise
- Choose the sections of the page you want to test
- Use the instructions to insert the code into your page
- Create variations of the current sections
- Preview and launch the expreiment
- Review the reports generated.
